Il Cuoco Pazzo in Erlangen

Thank goodness we got another great restaurant in Knittlingen. Due to Corona only collection. We have been working our way through the menu for a few weeks. So far: - Insalata Nice - Insalata di Salmone - Tagliatelle al Salmone - Spaghetti alla Pescatore - Ravioli alla Chef - Lasagne della Casa Everything excellent.

Friendly staff and perfect food and drinks in an appealing atmosphere - what more could you want? It is a shame that the pandemic is now forcing the efforts of the Cuoco Pazzo to brake again so soon after the opening. Keep your head up and hold out!

Warm crew. Delicious dishes. But not too much per meal either

+ Nice ambience + Friendly service + Noodles delicious - Long waiting times - Carpaccio flavored - Calamari inedible (but gave dessert to the house) - On the Carpaccio bill 4 euros more expensive than on the card (intention?), But money was returned without hesitation We will not go back, too bad.

We were there for New Year's Eve dinner. There was a special card for New Year's Eve (see photo). A very good decision by the boss. So the kitchen didn’t swim like it did in 2018. There were four of us. Thus we were able to "cover" a large part of the dishes. All starters were very good. For me, the warm octopus salad was the favorite. We tried the pasta dishes on the main courses. The hit were the Fagotthi alla Chef. Delicious! For dessert, tiramisu - great and tartlets with a liquid Pistanienkern - great. Surprisingly, a waitress called in sick. But the boss had helped with the service and the one waitress: a real pearl. A nice evening. Insanely nice and very good. Since the crazy chef is also recommended during the year ... Top!

My favorite Italian Super friendly boss, has quite uncomplicated my special wishes perfectly translated to my fullest satisfaction. The food (pasta, seafood and also the fish dish) were the finest. The espresso for delicious afterwards. I can only say that you do not often find such a quality. In addition, it is comfortable, you will be very courteous and nice advice. The prices are justified in my opinion. I highly recommend this place!

We knew the restaurant did not want to give it a try because of the voucher book ... Were told in spite of reservation, that the restaurant knew nothing about a reservation. Because of this we could not redeem a voucher from the well-known Erlanger voucher book, which is only possible with reservation. I have seldom experienced so much incomprehension and inflexibility. And as if you could not be so spontaneous and accept the coupon after all, after all, the customer should still be king or what's the name of it? And it would have been possible with a telephone reservation 10 minutes before? Apparently, the restaurant does not need to attract new guests, let alone make money! We will not redeem the voucher and certainly will not come here anymore!

Excellent us very delicious food, especially the pizza and pasta from the Parmesan body. Warm and very accommodating; very stylish. Just lovely. ?

Food was good. But the price-performance ratio is not right. Operation weak. Had to be reminded several times to ordered drinks. The tiramisu (expensive and little) had a sting and was slightly sour. All in all, you do not have to go there. Good food is also available elsewhere.

A cute little restaurant with delicious food. Only the times between the order and the actual delivery of the food were a bit long.

Food taste very good. Price performance 0 stars. Portion sizes for the price way too puny. Coronation was the portion size of the desserts you can ask for max 2 Euro not 6.50 Euro

Nice Italian restaurant with a quite outdoor area. Service was really good and fast. The pizza I had was not as spicy as I like. However, I can recommend this place.

Fantastic Italian food in a nice atmosphere. The restaurant has an outside option as well towards the public castle garden. The spicy squid as well the zander filet is a recommendation

Once again a wonderful evening and a fantastic meal. We sat outside and enjoyed Italian delicacies and the mild summer night. Especially at the mountain time in Erlangen, this is a heavenly, quiet refuge. Always my pleasure!

Stumbled upon Il cuoco Pazza on a friday night. And was very pleased with everything. Good wine selection, good appetizers, but the pasta was perfect.

Very authentic Italians cooking with love! Mega service, extremely nice to sit and a complete package. Top.

Cozy and warm with room for improvement. They should give each table bread voluntarily. In addition fish should not be served with ham as it takes away the mere idea of having a fish dish! The pasta was very good. The panna cotta was just ok, it felt a bit harder.
